Making 4 foot Putts

Jul 31, 2016

Most golfers have trouble with this distance, especially if there is a couple of inches of break in the putt. Put a tee in the back of the cup to focus on when you aim. I always aim for the center of the hole where the tee is sticking out of the side of the cup. Go through your pre-shot routine just as you would on a full swing. Then take dead aim at the back of the cup. Stroke the putt harder than you would to take all the break out of the putt. Be aggressive and sure of your stroke. You will eliminate the 3 putts in no timeĀ
